1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Azma AI ("Service"), operated by Sfaret Technologies ("Company", "we", "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree to all terms, you may not access or use the Service.

2. Academic Use & Integrity

Azma AI is designed as a research assistant, structure formatting tool, and writing accelerator for students, researchers, and educators. Users retain responsibility for ensuring that all submitted work complies with their respective academic institutions' honor codes and integrity guidelines.

3. Accounts & BYOK (Bring Your Own Key)

When creating an account, you must provide accurate and complete information. Users may configure third-party API keys (such as Google Gemini or OpenAI) for BYOK model execution. You are responsible for preserving key confidentiality and all costs incurred on external API provider accounts.

4. Subscriptions & Billing

Subscription plans (Student, Teacher, Researcher, Pro) are billed in advance on a recurring monthly or annual basis. Payments are processed securely via our payment gateways (Flutterwave). Subscriptions can be managed or cancelled at any time through your Account Settings.

5. Intellectual Property & Document Ownership

You maintain ownership of all documents, source files, and research content generated or uploaded into your Azma AI workspace. We do not claim ownership of user-generated academic manuscripts.

6. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Sfaret Technologies or Azma AI be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from service interruptions, AI model outputs, or third-party service provider availability.
